How can you Support the
White Privilege Conference?
Participate! Attend the conference and encourage others to attend.
Make an in-kind donation: consider donating pens, notebooks,
folders, bottles of water, tote bags or other items for conference
participants and/or presenters.
Donate: donations of any amount are tremendously appreciated. A donation of $8.00 will provide lunch for an attendee; a donation of $200 will fund a scholarship for the conference.
Become a Community Advocate: these organizations commit to sending at least three participants to the White Privilege Conference (WPC); contribute time, energy, or in-kind donations; and pledge to help promote the WPC in the community. All Community Advocates will be recognized and acknowledged on the WPC website.
Support a Counterpart: for each student, member, or employee that you send from your school or organization, consider sponsoring a counterpart from a less affluent school or organization.
Sponsor: Contribute to the conference at any of the levels listed in the sidebar.
We seek sponsors for the following events...
Meet the Speakers: This evening event features appetizers and
beverages and provides a unique opportunity for participants to meet and engage in conversation with speakers, have books signed, etc.
Youth Celebration: This event highlights the participants of the Youth Conference. Sponsorship will cover costs of refreshments so that this event can be offered free.
Shabbat Dinner: The costs of this Friday evening dinner and panel discussion are not covered by the conference registration. Sponsorship will allow us to offer this event for free, or at a discounted rate.
